Ellen works with students from the time they begin looking ahead to college through their decision about which colleges offer to accept. She helps her clients plan their remaining high-school courses and counsels them through the process of applying and then deciding among the colleges that offer them admission. Throughout this process, Ellen encourages students to evaluate their abilities and interests honestly and to apply to the colleges that fit them best. She brings to this process a wealth of insight and experience gathered not only from her work as a college-admission counselor, but also from her years of work in colleges and universities.
Whether she begins working with students in ninth grade or 12th, or with those who are already in college, Ellen works closely with students and their families through every stage of the process. She understands the challenges that students and parents face, and she helps them meet and overcome those challenges.
Ellen accommodates students and parents schedules by meeting with them at times that are convenient to themduring the week, in the evening, and on weekends. She responds promptly to all communications from her clients as questions arise.
